Shipping Policies
* We only ship our products to the USA and it's territories.*
All shrimp and snail orders are sent using USPS Priority Mail 2-3 business day shipping. We ship Monday-Friday.
All plant orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage 2-5 business day shipping. Plants are shipped Monday-Saturday.
Sand orders are shipped in appropriately sized USPS Flat Rate boxes. Sand orders are shipped Monday-Friday.
DOAs or other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately and send a clear photograph if the shipment is DOA, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by giving you a replacement or refund.

When a refund is given, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like live animals and plants. We accept sand returns but shipping costs must be paid by the buyer.
